HOFer Ronnie Lott offers words of encouragement to Aaron Glenn as losses pile up

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- A look at what's happening around the New York Jets:

1. Pressure point: It's not an overstatement to say Sunday is one of the most important game of the Aaron Glenn era. He needs a win -- badly.

Glenn has lost 17 out of 21 games, including three in a row and eight of nine, dating back to last season. He has yet to beat a team with a winning record -- 0-8 in those games. That can change against the better-than-expected Cleveland Browns (3-1), who have a three-game winning streak for the first time since 2023.
