1. DEFINITIONS

- "Account" means a registered user profile on the Platform.

- "UGA" refers to the Uganda Gaming Authority.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- 2.1 By creating an Account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- 2.2 If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
3. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- 3.1 Bwinbet Uganda operates in accordance with the Betting and Gaming Act of Uganda and relevant regulations issued by the Uganda Gaming Authority (UGA).
- 3.2 Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives issued by UGA and other regulatory authorities.
- 3.3 Bwinbet Uganda reserves the right to cooperate with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions for compliance, auditing, and investigation purposes.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
- 4.1 You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
- 4.2 It is illegal for minors to participate in betting or gaming activities.
- 4.3 Bwinbet Uganda may request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts of users who fail to provide valid identification.
- 4.4 Users are responsible for ensuring that betting is legal in their jurisdiction.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- 5.1 To access the Services, you must create an Account.
- 5.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- 5.3 Only one Account per person is allowed unless explicitly authorized.
- 5.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password.
- 5.5 You must notify Bwinbet Uganda immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
6. VERIFICATION (KYC - KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER)

6.1 Bwinbet Uganda may require identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing regulations.

6.2 Required documents may include national ID, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

7. DEPOSITS
- 7.1 Deposits can be made using approved payment methods such as mobile money, cards, or other listed channels.
- 7.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply.
- 7.3 You confirm that all deposited funds are legally obtained and belong to you.
- 7.4 Bwinbet Uganda reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits suspected of fraud or illegal activity.
8. WITHDRAWALS
- 8.1 Withdrawals are subject to security checks and verification.
- 8.2 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply.
- 8.3 Withdrawals may be delayed for compliance, fraud prevention, or technical reasons.
- 8.4 Bwinbet Uganda may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
- 8.5 Users are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to winnings.
9. BETTING RULES
- 9.1 All bets are final once confirmed.
- 9.2 Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after submission.
- 9.3 Bwinbet Uganda reserves the right to void or correct bets placed due to obvious errors, technical faults, or incorrect odds.
- 9.4 Event results are determined by official governing bodies or recognized data providers.
- 9.5 In the event of disputes, Bwinbet Uganda's decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws.
10. ODDS AND SETTLEMENT
- 10.1 Odds are subject to change at any time before bet placement.
- 10.2 Settlements are based on official results and published rules for each sport or market.
- 10.3 Bwinbet Uganda reserves the right to correct settlement errors.
11. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
- 11.1 Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- 11.2 Abuse of promotions, including multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent behavior, is prohibited.
- 11.3 Bwinbet Uganda may cancel bonuses and confiscate winnings obtained through abuse.
12. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
- 12.1 Betting involves risk and may result in financial loss.
- 12.2 Users must gamble responsibly and only with funds they can afford to lose.
- 12.3 Bwinbet Uganda provides tools such as deposit limits, betting limits, and self-exclusion upon request.
- 12.4 If you believe you have a gambling problem, seek professional assistance or counseling.
13. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not:
- Engage in fraud, collusion, or manipulation.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets.
- Abuse promotions or bonuses.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- 14.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Bwinbet Uganda or its licensors.
- 14.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
15. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
- 15.1 Bwinbet Uganda collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- 15.2 By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
- 15.3 Bwinbet Uganda may share data with regulators, payment providers, and compliance partners where required by law.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- 16.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
- 16.2 Bwinbet Uganda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
- 16.3 Bwinbet Uganda does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bwinbet Uganda, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
- 18.1 Bwinbet Uganda may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or suspicious activity.
- 18.2 You may close your Account by contacting customer support.
- 18.3 Upon termination, outstanding obligations and liabilities remain enforceable.
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- 19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- 19.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Kampala, Uganda.
- 19.3 Users may also lodge complaints with the Uganda Gaming Authority.
20. CHANGES TO TERMS

20.1 Bwinbet Uganda may modify these Terms at any time.

20.2 Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.

23. DISCLAIMER
The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Betting involves risk, and you may lose money. Bwinbet Uganda does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for financial losses incurred by Users.
24. REGULATORY NOTICE
Bwinbet Uganda adheres to responsible gaming principles and regulatory requirements under the Betting and Gaming Act and directives issued by the Uganda Gaming Authority. Users are encouraged to report any concerns or complaints to customer support or directly to UGA.
25. FORCE MAJEURE
Bwinbet Uganda shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, or regulatory actions.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bwinbet Uganda regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
