Even if the Cleveland Browns miss the NFL playoffs, fans will still have a chance to watch the team in February.
The Browns are the focus of Hulu's upcoming scripted drama "The Land," which released its first trailer Tuesday ahead of its Feb. 15 premiere.
Created by Dan Fogelman, whose credits include "This Is Us" and "Paradise," the series follows a fictional version of the Browns as the franchise navigates navigates challenges on and off the field.
Welcome to THE LAND. Premiering February 15 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. A new scripted drama series. Set within the world of the Cleveland Browns, Christopher Meloni, Mandy Moore, Chace Crawford and William H. Macy bring you the drama of the NFL like you've never seen it before.
Christopher Meloni, best known for portraying Elliot Stabler on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," stars as Danny Roarke, Cleveland's head coach who is tasked with reviving the struggling franchise. With his job on the line, Roarke's best shot at turning things around rests on his own son, a rookie quarterback out of Ohio State.
The fictional quarterback, Connor Roarke, already had his NFL draft moment earlier this year.
Ahead of the second day of the 2026 NFL draft in Pittsburgh, commissioner Roger Goodell took the stage to announce a surprise selection.
"With the first pick of the 2026 NFL draft, the Cleveland Browns select Connor Roarke, quarterback, Ohio State," Goodell said.
Of course, the announcement was part of filming for the series, not an actual draft selection.
