CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears left tackle Braxton Jones has been placed on injured reserve after sustaining an injury to his right knee against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3.
Jones was classified as "week-to-week" and did not practice ahead of the Bears' Week 4 matchup with the Jets. He is eligible to return on Nov. 2 at Seattle.
Theo Benedet, who spent the first three weeks in a rotation with Jones, will start at left tackle, per coach Ben Johnson.
