DENVER -- Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay said he needs to look at the defensive pass interference called at the end of Sunday night's 30-26 loss to the Denver Broncos but said it "looked like it was a good, competitive play from my vantage point."
"But we'll go back and look at it and we'll see what they say," McVay said.
The play came on third-and-6 from the Los Angeles 11, when cornerback Josh Wallace appeared to intercept Broncos quarterback Bo Nix. Wallace was called for defensive pass interference on Broncos wide receiver Pat Bryant, giving Denver first-and-goal from the Rams' 7. The Broncos scored on the drive to take the 30-26 lead.
"It's tough," Wallace said when asked about the last defensive series for the Rams. "I felt like we stopped them a couple of times. Just got to keep playing at the end of the day."
