Sources told ESPN on Monday that Arsenal are ready to make an approach for Atleti forward Julián Álvarez, who is prioritising a switch to Barcelona, and it looks as though Jackson could be seen by Atleti as a potential replacement. Jackson has also been linked with Aston Villa, who could want him to replace striker Ollie Watkins.
