Bustamante/Real Madrid via Getty Images - Liverpool have reached a broad verbal agreement with Brighton & Hove Albion winger Yankuba Minteh over contract terms, according to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Gambia international has given the green light to Liverpool's project, although the deal remains some way off, with Brighton rejecting a second bid of £60 million for the 22-year-old. Talks between the two Premier League clubs are ongoing.
- If their attempts to sign Minteh are unsuccessful, Liverpool could instead turn their attention towards Real Madrid youngster Endrick, reports The Times. Liverpool have enquired about the Brazil international's availability this summer, following his eye-catching loan spell at Lyon. It remains to be seen whether Madrid would allow Endrick to leave the club on loan -- or permanently -- this summer. The 20-year-old is under contract at Real Madrid until June 2030.
