Chelsea beat AC Milan 3-0 in Indonesia. Getty Moisés Caicedo's brilliant volley helped Chelsea beat Ruben Amorim's AC Milan 3-0 in a preseason friendly on Saturday.
Caicedo struck with the outside of his boot, meeting a corner from Romeo Lavia, for the pick of goals in Indonesia.
Caicedo had set up the opener from a corner which João Pedro headed home in first-half added time. Joao Pedro added a second a minute into the second half before Caicedo sweetly scored the third in the 50th minute.
Mykhailo Mudryk, Estêvão and Reggie Watson were among the players who gained some minutes for Xabi Alonso's side, while Danny Welbeck and Marco Palestra started. Geovany Quenda and Nicolas Jackson came on and hit the woodwork.
Luka Modric, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Rafael Leão and Gonçalo Ramos played for Milan, for whom Amorim was in the dugout in his first role since being sacked by Manchester United.
Chelsea had previously lost preseason games to Tottenham and Juventus before this much-needed performance.
Chelsea continued their preseason on Sunday against Malaysian champions Johor Darul Ta'zim before their Premier League campaign begins against Fulham on August 24.
