In this format, your flex spot is an "OP" or "Offensive Player" which can be used on a quarterback, which makes it very different from a traditional single-QB format. Whereas you can usually wait on quarterback in standard drafts and still find useful starters later, that's harder to do in superflex because most teams want to start two quarterbacks every week. In a 10-team league, that means at least 20 passers are in starting lineups before bye weeks and injuries even come into play.
That's why mock drafts matter so much here. Get in as many reps as you can before the real thing. Superflex drafts can turn quickly once the QB run starts, and you do not want your first time dealing with that to be in your real draft. Run a few mocks from different spots. Try starting with a QB early. Try waiting. See what happens to the rest of your roster. The more variations you see, the easier it is to stay calm when QBs start flying off the board.
